Hola! hola! comparto con ustedes lo fácil que se cocina un trozo de carne asada quedando jugosa y sabrosa; en casa quien la prepara es mi amado; en esta ocasión me quede en la cocina observando y tomando fotos para luego publicar este post. Entonces empecemos.

El tipo de carne que asamos se llama Solomo; pesaba 1 kilo 300 gramos aproximadamente. Se aderezo con sal.
The type of meat we roasted is called sirloin; it weighed approximately 1.3 kilograms. It was seasoned with salt.
Se calienta la parrillera, en este caso es una eléctrica; entonces cuando este caliente colocamos el trozo de carne y dejamos que se cocina por ambos lados.
Heat up the grill, in this case an electric one; then, when it is hot, place the piece of meat on it and cook on both sides.
Luego sacamos de la parrilera el trozo de carne para filetearla y volvemos a sazonar con sal.
Then we remove the piece of meat from the grill to slice it and season it again with salt.
Colocamos la carne ya picada para terminar de cocinar.
We add the minced meat to finish cooking.
Para complementar este plato horneamos papas en rodajas, sazonamos con sal y pimienta negra.
To complement this dish, we bake sliced potatoes, seasoning them with salt and black pepper.
