Sabrosa ensalada de pepino 🥗
Uno de los vegetales que me gusta incorporar en las ensaladas que preparo para mi familia es el pepino y hoy comparto esta sencilla y sabrosa ensalada de pepino. Entonces para esta preparación necesitaremos los siguientes ingredientes.

- Pepino, 1.
- Cebolla morada, 1.
- Cilantro, rama 1.
- Aceite de Oliva, 2 cucharadas.
- Limón,1.
- Sal al gusto.
Ingredients
- Cucumber, 1.
- Red onion, 1.
- Cilantro, 1 sprig.
- Olive oil, 2 tablespoons.
- Lemon, 1.
- Salt to taste.
Iniciamos lavando con abundante agua y vinagre: cebolla, cilantro. Para luego picar pequeñamente cilantro y cebolla en juliana. Reservamos.
Start by washing the onion and cilantro thoroughly with water and vinegar. Then finely chop the cilantro and julienne the onion. Set aside.
Continuamos lavando y cortando el pepino en rodajas.
We continue washing and slicing the cucumber.
En una ensaladera o recipiente hondo vamos colocando pepino, cebolla previamente cortados.
Place the chopped cucumber and onion in a salad bowl or deep container.
Ahora añadimos el cilantro picado.
Now add the chopped cilantro.
Por ultimo añadir aceite, sal y el jugo de un limón.
Finally, add oil, salt, and the juice of one lemon.
Mezclamos para que se integren sabores.
