Les cuento que hoy fue Domingo de descanso por lo que no cocinamos en casa, junto a Fer preferimos salir y tener una cita en un restaurante que nos gusta mucho por su rica comida japonesa.
La idea principalmente era cenar en dicho lugar, pero al final, decidimos mejor ir a almorzar y luego de allí pasear por algún centro comercial. Cuando llegamos a "Dame Ramen" se puede decir que estaba algo lleno de personas, sin embargo, la atención fue bastante rápida. Decidimos pedir una entrada de 3 oniguiris los cuales venían acompañados con una salsa dulce. Está entrada en lo personal, no me gustó tanto, el arroz se sentía algo duro y el atún tenía un sabor en particular que no me terminaba de agradar, les recomiendo más sus gyosas.
Por otra parte, decidí probar unas de sus cervezas importadas que tienen por nombre "Lino" y se diferencian por el color, había una opción que era negra, roja, azul, naranja y la que yo pedí que era la blanca; esta opción me encantó, me refrescó bastante y su sabor era bastante suave con toques cítricos, demasiado rica.
Como plato fuerte, Fer decidió pedir un ramen llamado "Chashu ramen" el cual tenía una pinta increíble y el sabor del caldo era súper rico. Por mi parte, me decidí por la opción que pedí la última vez "Aburi Chashu don" el cual tenía una base arroz de sushi, kimchi, espinaca, huevos marinados, cerdo flameado, cebollín y alga nori; está demasiado espectacular, de hecho, siento que está vez el kimchi estaba más fuerte por lo que al revolver todo en el plato cada bocado era más adictivo.

I didn’t really like this starter; the rice was a bit hard and the tuna had a peculiar taste that I didn’t really care for; I’d recommend their gyoza instead.
I also decided to try one of their imported beers, called ‘Lino’, which come in different colours: there was a black one, a red one, a blue one, an orange one and the one I ordered, which was the white one; I absolutely loved this one – it was really refreshing and had a quite mild flavour with hints of citrus. Absolutely delicious!
For the main course, Fer decided to order a ramen called ‘Chashu ramen’, which looked incredible and had a really delicious broth. For my part, I went for the dish I’d ordered last time, the ‘Aburi Chashu don’, which had a base of sushi rice, kimchi, spinach, marinated eggs, flambéed pork, chives and nori seaweed; it’s spectacular. In fact, I thought the kimchi had more flavour this time, so when I mixed everything together on the plate, every bite was even more addictive.
