Hola amigos, feliz día! Espero que se encuentren bien y que hayan tenido un lindo fin de semana. Les cuento que ayer, luego de disfrutar de un rico postre y de un ambiente diferente, decidimos ir por una pizza para cerrar la noche, es decir, si íbamos a pecar lo haríamos por lo alto jaja, aunque esta vez disfrutamos del postre primero, pero bueno, el orden de los factores no altera el producto o ¿Cómo era? En fin, cerca de casa hay una pizzería que nos gusta mucho llamada "Salvator's" dónde antes solo vendían tipo delivery pero hace unos meses abrieron el local al público, por lo que ahora puedes disfrutar y degustar sus platillos en el lugar.
Viendo la carta sabíamos que queríamos ordenar una pizza, pero como estábamos dudando entre dos sabores decidimos pedir mitad de uno y mitad del otro, lo que no sabía es que Fer había pedido un extra de borde de queso por lo que me sorprendí cuando llegó la orden a la mesa. Aunque el lugar estaba lleno, no esperamos tanto tiempo para disfrutar la comida la cual estaba realmente deliciosa, una mitad era de pepperoni el cual estaba bastante picante y la otra mitad era caliche la cual tiene pollo, champiñones, espinaca, chorizo español, maíz tierno, salsa blanca, queso holandés, queso parmesano y albahaca seca, sin duda toda una combinación de sabores.
Ambos sabores estaban realmente deliciosos, a demás de que el queso se derretía por lo que se imaginarán lo mucho que disfrutamos la pizza. Por cierto, pedimos el tamaño small que fue perfecto para compartir los dos, como acompañante nos decidimos por unas limonadas naturales tipo frappé que también estaban muy ricas.
Me gustó que en la mesa había especias como orégano y pimienta roja para añadir a las pizzas, siento que estas le dan un toque extra. Al final, pagamos un total de $88.000 pesos colombianos ($21.30 Dólares) y terminamos llevando algunos trozos de pizza que quedaron para la casa. Although the place was full, we didn't expect so much time to enjoy the food which was really delicious, one half was pepperoni which was quite spicy and the other half was caliche which has chicken, mushrooms, spinach, Spanish chorizo, baby corn, white sauce, hollandaise cheese, parmesan cheese and dried basil, without a doubt a whole combination of flavors.
Both flavors were really delicious, and the cheese was melting, so you can imagine how much we enjoyed the pizza. By the way, we ordered the small size which was perfect for both of us to share, as an accompaniment we decided to have some frappé lemonade which was also very tasty.
I liked that the table had spices such as oregano and red pepper to add to the pizzas, I feel they add an extra touch. In the end, we paid a total of $88,000 Colombian pesos ($21.30 USD) and ended up taking some slices of pizza home with us. Without a doubt, it was a very tasty way to end the week.
