Les cuento que últimamente los días en la ciudad han estado bastante lluviosos por lo que aprovechando que estaba con unos amigos decidimos ir a merendar un rico café.
La verdad es que cuando se trata de conocer nuevas cafeterías y probar sus productos soy la primera en emocionarme y este fue uno de esos casos. Estábamos en el centro comercial "poblado" que se encuentra en el municipio de Santo Tomás y aunque no es muy grande, tiene su zona de comidas donde encontramos la cafetería "Station". Es un pequeño local muy bonito que ofrece bebidas frías y calientes, al igual que pastelería dulce y salada, aunque cuando fuimos no habían tantas opciones disponibles (supongo que por la hora) pero igual nos animamos a probar algo.
Como ya era de noche y estaba lloviendo no me provocaba un café frío ni menos cargado con crema, aunque admito que la torta húmeda de chocolate me hizo ojitos y caí en la tentación, aunque no fui la única ya que entre todos la compartimos. Al final, terminé pidiendo un cappuccino caliente de vainilla al igual que Fer y otro amigo. Por otro lado, Mafe si se animó por un café frío con crema y chispas, que se veía muy bonito.
Mi café estaba delicioso, pero la torta no me encantó. Estaba rica, aunque por partes se sentía un poco dura. Aun así, se dejó disfrutar. El café de Mafe, en cambio, nos pareció bastante desabrido, pero bueno, ya sabemos qué no pedir la próxima vez. En total pagamos $41.000 pesos colombianos ($10.14 dólares) y terminamos de compartir el café en una de sus mesitas mientras hablábamos de todo un poco.

My coffee was delicious, but I didn't love the cake. It was tasty, although it felt a little hard in parts. Still, it was enjoyable. Mafe's coffee, on the other hand, seemed rather bland, but hey, we know what not to order next time.
