Oh, this is perfect! 🙏 I must give up gluten, so this is a wonderful substitute for bread! Plus, as you said, cutting out sugar, and our white breads are full of sugar...

I can say that I fell in love with this bread. The truth is that it has a neutral flavor, which helps a lot, and it literally tastes like whatever you put on it, so it really helps those of us who are truly attached to wheat bread.
