Looking for a tasty tofu dish that is easy-to-cook? look no further. Spicy tofu is the answer. It is delicious, simple, best partner with rice and only takes less than 30 minutes to prepare.
It is also a complete source of protein. There is approximately 10 grams of protein in every 1/2 cup serving of tofu. I cut the tofu into cubes and pat them dry using paper towel to prevent oil splashing. Make sure that the oil is hot before frying them unless they would stick in the pan. Do not overfry to prevent them from getting too hard and dry.
Saute the aromatics and the tofu. Add the rest of the ingredients until it turned to a fine sauce. Gently toss the pan until every tofu is coated. Lastly, mix the butter (without heat) and let it melt. Add the mayo and toss. Serve it while sizzling. Pair with some rice or beer! Enjoy!
