A parte de la decoración, la navidad se vive con olores deliciosos en mi cocina, no hay nada más esperados por todos que ese olor que impregna la casa.
Este año a sido fuerte con el presupuesto ajustado, pero siempre confiando en que el objetivo será alcanzado y que la cena de navidad será un momento para celebrar y compartir en familia.
No hay muchas preparaciones pero entre ellas está el pan de jamón, favorito en la lista del menú navideño a todos les encanta y esperan que este presente en la mesa está temporada.
Mi hijo menor @edcraft lo prepara y hornea delicioso, lo mejor que es hecho en casa con amor para toda la familia y eso cuenta como un requisito para que este pan de jamón sea especial para todos.
Ahora bien en casa hay diferencias de gustos con el pan de jamón, en mi caso me gusta con alcaparras, aceitunas y pasas y al resto les gusta sin nada de estos ingredientes, por lo que en algunos casos nos toca dividir la preparación o hacer dos panes, porque siempre insisto que este pan debe llevar ese toqué que solo lo da esos ingredientes.
Al final de la noche buena y navidad en casa este año disfrutamos de un delicioso y suculento pan de jamón, todos quedaron felices disfrutando de esta delicia tradicional que nos encanta.
Para mí es importante y seguro preparar los alimentos en casa, puede resultar un poco más costoso, lleva algo de tiempo, pero la calidad sigue siendo mejor que la cantidad.
Espero que todos hayan disfrutado junto a su familia una deliciosa cena navideña en casa, juntos en armonía y gratitud, por ese pan de cada dia que el universo divino nos provee y nos presenta en nuestra mesa.

Ham bread featured on the Christmas menu
Apart from the decorations, Christmas is celebrated with delicious smells in my kitchen. There is nothing more eagerly awaited by everyone than that smell that permeates the house.
This year has been tough with a tight budget, but I am always confident that the goal will be achieved and that Christmas dinner will be a time to celebrate and share with the family.
There aren't many preparations, but among them is ham bread, a favorite on the Christmas menu. Everyone loves it and expects it to be on the table this season.
My youngest son @edcraft prepares and bakes it deliciously. The best thing is that it's homemade with love for the whole family, and that's a requirement for this ham bread to be special for everyone.
Now, at home, there are differences in taste when it comes to pan de jamón. In my case, I like it with capers, olives, and raisins, and the rest of the family likes it without any of these ingredients, so in some cases, we have to divide the preparation or make two loaves, because I always insist that this bread must have that special touch that only these ingredients can give it.
At the end of Christmas Eve and Christmas Day at home this year, we enjoyed a delicious and succulent ham bread. Everyone was happy enjoying this traditional delicacy, which we love.
For me, it is important and safe to prepare food at home. It may be a little more expensive and take some time, but quality is still better than quantity.
