Una de las cosas que más me intriga es el concepto de cada restaurante, cómo inicia la idea, como mezclar una cosa con otra y hacer que compagine con el resultado final. Que te de esa sensación de que estas en el lugar indicado, comiendo lo que justo querías, con la imagen que querías.

La estantería con libros a modo aleatorio en varios sentidos y sin sentido también, fue lo que más me enamoró, y sin hablar de la jardinería sutil que caía del alto techo. Me encantan los libros, la naturaleza y comer jaja, cosas que al combinarlas, sin duda, observé que daban una impresión bohemia tradicional pero a la vez un toque moderno.

No soy muy fan de las alcachofas, pero estas no estaban tan mal. Y la tortilla de patatas tal vez no era la mejor que había probado.

De segundo plato habían dos opciones, salmón y hamburguesa. No tuve que pensarlo mucho JAJA. Las papas fritas estaban deliciosas y la carne en el punto exacto que me gusta, lastima que no pude comérmela completa, ya que los platos de la entrada me llenaron un poco.
