El desayuno se ha vuelto una de mis comidas favoritas. Despertar y empezar a combinar ingredientes simples y que tu plato se vea balanceado y colorido hace que mis mañanas sean más llevaderas, obvio no puede faltar el cafecito como acompañante para despertar con suficiente energía que me rinda el día.

El huevo es el ingrediente estrella en todos mis platos mañaneros, es una proteína muy versátil y combina con TO DO. Claro que Pinterest me ayuda muchísimo a buscar recetas y adornar mi plato para verlo más provocativo. Otra cosa que me encanta es ponerle algún vegetal o algo crudo como es el tómate, aguacate o espinaca, aunque suene un poco feo créanme que el sabor que le da es espectacular, también suelo agregarle aceite de oliva, sal y orégano al gusto, algo que tampoco puede faltarme.

Dentro de todas las recetas la que más me impresionó fueron las pancakes de arándanos, lleva yogurt griego natural y eso hizo que quedaran súper esponjosas, si quieren receta de su plato favorito con gusto, déjenmelo saber en los comentarios❤️ los comparto para inspirar un poco su comida y darle ánimo a que comer sano no siempre es aburrido o cero rico.

Breakfast has become one of my favorite meals. Waking up and starting to combine simple ingredients and that your plate looks balanced and colorful makes my mornings more bearable, obviously you can not miss the coffee as a companion to wake up with enough energy to make my day.

Eggs are the star ingredient in all my morning dishes, it is a very versatile protein and combines with TO DO. Of course Pinterest helps me a lot to find recipes and decorate my plate to make it look more provocative. Another thing I love is to put some vegetable or something raw like tomato, avocado or spinach, although it sounds a little ugly believe me that the flavor it gives is spectacular, I also usually add olive oil, salt and oregano to taste, something that I can not miss.
