Feliz noche amigos de Hive Food hoy les quiero mostrar un poco del proceso de mi torta de cumpleaños. Este año quería hacer una torta muy linda y debo decir que quedó hermosa pero tuve un contratiempo luego pero solucione y disfrute de mi torta hermosa paga celebrar mi vida.
Good night friends of Hive Food today I want to show you a little of the process of my birthday cake. This year I wanted to make a very pretty cake, and I must say it turned out beautiful. However, I had a setback later, but I resolved it and enjoyed my beautiful cake to celebrate my life.
Hacer tortas para mí a veces se siente tan complicado, pues no estaba segura que que quería. Quería hacer una torta de chocolate y rellena de crema de coco pero a mi amiga no le gusta nada de esto así que decidí hacer algo bastante simple pero sabroso. Así que hice una mezcla de torta de vainilla para mí torta de cumpleaños.
Baking cakes for me sometimes feels so complicated, because I wasn't sure what I wanted. I wanted to make a chocolate cake filled with coconut cream, but my friend doesn't like any of those, so I decided to make something fairly simple but tasty. So I made a vanilla cake mix for my birthday cake.
La mejor combinación es la torta de vainilla y de relleno arequipe, luego de rellenar puse la otra torta y comencé a cubrir la torta con crema de mantequilla, decidí usar esta cobertura para la torta ya que íbamos a la playa y es una cobertura bastante resistente. Una vez cubierta toda la torta fui arreglando la torta como quería.
The best combination is a vanilla cake with a caramel filling. After filling, I added the other cake and began to cover the cake with buttercream. I decided to use this frosting since we were going to the beach, and it's a pretty durable frosting. Once the entire cake was covered, I arranged it as I wanted.
Para está torta decidí usar flores naturales, las lave bien y las seque y luego las fui colocando en la torta y así ya la torta de veía simplemente hermosa.
For this cake I decided to use natural flowers, I washed them well and dried them and then I placed them on the cake and now the cake looked simply beautiful.
Y por supuesto cuando la torta estuvo lista le tomé varias fotos y algunos videos para mí Instagram. Una vez todo esto listo iba a meter la torta en la caja para irme a la playa.
And of course, when the cake was ready, I took several photos and some videos for my Instagram. Once everything was ready, I was going to pack the cake into the box and head to the beach.
Y cuando estaba lista para irme no se cómo pero la torta se cayó y se dañó, pero solo se dañó la crema. La torta no se rompió y pues me había quedado un poco de crema así que pude arreglar la torta peor sin lugar a dudas esto es lo peor que puede pasar que una vez que la torta esté lista se dañe.
And when I was ready to leave, I don't know how, but the cake fell and got damaged, but only the frosting. The cake didn't break, and I had some frosting left, so I was able to fix the cake. Without a doubt, this is the worst thing that can happen: once the cake is ready, it gets damaged.
Olvide tomar una mejor foto a la torta pero la arregle y nadie pensaría que se había dañado. Tome esta foto cuando ya iba camino a la playa para encontrarme con mis amigas.
I forgot to take a better photo of the cake, but I fixed it and no one would think it was damaged. I took this photo as I was on my way to the beach to meet my friends.
Y aquí pueden ver las fotos que me tomé con mi torta y les cuento que no pudimos cantar cumpleaños pues así mucha brisa y no pudimos prender las velas, corte la torta para darle a mis amigas.
And here you can see the photos I took with my cake. I'll tell you that we couldn't sing happy birthday because it was too windy and we couldn't light the candles. I cut the cake to give it to my friends.
