Hello hi namaste to all hive users reaching this post, hope you all are doing great.
Here I am sharing you a kind of dish originated from our Uttarakhand, India. This is generally eaten during winters and is really very very tasty - loved by almost everyone . Full of flavours - tangy , As I belong to uttarakhand, it is made almost 7-8 in whole winter season and is easy to prepare this

Ingredients are - hill lemon , orange , hemp seeds ( pahadi bhang ), jaggery / sugar , salt , curd ( I used hung curd )
You can also add pomegranate or apple, it's optional

Firstafall roast the hemp seeds and grind it with a little bit of water , salt and some chilli . Make a paste of it - neither too thick nor too thin , moderate.

Cut jaggery into small pieces so that it can mix easily.

Then start peeling hill lemon and oranges .

Now separate the inner pulp and the outer skin from the hill lemon. Oranges can be added by just removing their seeds and making some pieces of them .

Every thing is ready , just you have to mix it now
Take the separated pulp and orange pieces , add jaggery, paste of hump seeds and curd in it - mix it properly until the jaggery is Fully dissolved .
And here it is ready to serve - you can add some cutted apples , pomegranate or grapes in it ( we don't add these but many people do ).

Best way to eat this recipe is sit with your family in sunlight and enjoy it ( remember do not take long time to eat it - while you are sitting under the sun , it will turn bitter ). It is said to drink water after eating this ,
Do try this recipe , super delicious 🤤.
Thank you for visiting my post 😊
