Hello , Hi , Namastey to all hive users reaching this post , hope you all are doing great . So here I am sharing you the recipe I follow for making cake in a easy way . And trust me , if you will make it properly - it will taste really amazing 🤩.
I prepared this cake on the occasion of janamashtami - Birthday of lord krishna
So here is the process of this yummy cake -
The ingredients I used were chocolate biscuit ( Oreo ) , chocolate ( 5- star ) , Baking soda ( I used eno instead of baking soda ) , milk
Now opened the packet of biscuits and then grinded it well in a mixture .
After it is in the powder form , start adding a little milk in it . Remember there should be no lumps in it , mix it well .
Also add a pinch of baking soda in it before baking and mix well .
Now take the container in which you will bake the cake , apply some oil /butter ( I applied ghee ) in whole container.
And then pour the better in the container.
Till the time the cake is getting ready, let's melt the chocolate for the upper portion.
Added little milk in the chocolate.
Let it bake for 12 - 14 minutes , then check it using a toothpick or fork , put it in the cake - if it comes out clean , then your cake is baked properly. But if not , let it be for more minutes .
After this let it cool down, wait for 10 -15 minutes and then take a plate to take it out . I just flipped the container in the plate and fortunately it came out easily.
Then started coating the cake with chocolate.
And then I putted this into the refrigerator for an hour so that it will set properly. ( You can go for less time also ) .
Then started decorating it , just poured chopped almonds and a biscuit above it .
And here it was ready.
This cake turns out really amazing every time I make this for birthday of kanha ji 🌟.
