Hello , Hi , Namaste to all hive users reaching this post ,hope you all are doing great . So today I made pav bhaji for the first time .

So here is the recipe I followed for making pav bhaji -
Ingredients used -
Vegetables ( onion , potato , cauliflower , tomato , capsicum , peas and beetroot),
pav ( bun ), ghee or butter ,garlic , green chilli and spices
Roughly chop all the vegetables and boil the peas.( I forget to click pictures of the other chopped vegetables ).
prepare a thin paste of garlic and kashmiri red chilli .
Take a pressure cooker ,add butter or ghee in it and then pour the garlic and red chilli thin paste in it .
Mix well and then add onions , pour tomatoes when onions almost turned brown .

Simultaneously add all the vegetables and then add 😁the spices as per your requirement , mix it properly .
After mixing it properly add water upto the level till the vegetables are fully covered and place the lid .
Do not turn off the flame till 4-5 whistle. After that let it cool down and then start mashing it ( I used grinder due to unavailability of masher ) .
After this I prepared pav bhaji masala by my own ( though its a readymade masala but it was not available in near by shops .
For the tempering took some butter in a pan and pour the prepared masala in it. Add the mixture the bhaji , here your bhaji is ready - now just toast the pav using butter , just that the outer layer becomes a liitle crunchy and inner portion remains soft .
Almost all my family members liked this pav bhaji.
