Hello ,hi, namastey to all hive users reaching this post ,hope doing great. Here I am gonna share you the way I prepared noodles. Can be said homemade but actually the noodle stick was from outside,its an bit unhealthy but it's okk to eat things such like this sometimes 😁.
I think it's a better option of making noodles at home rather than eating outside ,its more hygienic and make your mind relief about the cleanness.
I am not rather against of eating outside,I also eat outside but yes do agree with ,cooking something by yourself is best .

Ingredients required are
Plain noodles
Vegetables
Vinegar
Soya sauce

So here is the recipe I followed while preparing it.
Boil some water and then put the plain noodles in it
Add some oil and salt in it .


Wait for 5-10 and strain it properly

Now chop some vegetables,as per your requirement
I used

( I was not able to click the photos of all the vegetables)
Now take a pan,put some oil in it and put all the chopped vegetables in it.( Fry it properly)

Now pour the noodles within the fried vegetables.

Then add a little bit of vinegar,soya sauce and salt in it.
Stir it continuous and Wait for 5-8 min.

And here our noodles are ready 😋
