Assalamu Alaikum everyone! Today I made a delicious chocolate cake at home, and I want to share the recipe with you all 😊
I came back to my home during the Ramadan holidays, and I decided to make a homemade chocolate cake.I’ve also tried making many other recipes at home, like grilled fish, pizza, simple cakes, fried rice, and more.Among them, today I’m sharing my chocolate cake recipe.I hope everyone will enjoy it.
Ingredients:
*2 eggs
*1/2 cup sugar
*Pinch of salt
*1 tsp vanilla essence
*1/2 cup flour
*2 tbsp powdered milk
*Crushed chocolate biscuits
*1 tsp baking powder
*Cocoa powder
*Optional: a little sunflower oil
*For decoration: Dairy Milk chocolate.

First, I cracked two eggs into a bowl and whisked them using a grinder machine for 30 seconds.

Then I added half of a cup of sugar in two parts, mixing each part for about 1 minute. I repeated this process twice to get a well-mixed batter. After mixing for about 3–4 minutes, you’ll notice a light foam forming. At this stage, I added a pinch of salt and a little vanilla essence.

You can optionally add a little sunflower oil, but it’s not necessary.
Next, in another bowl, I combined half a cup of flour, 2 tablespoons of powdered milk, crushed chocolate biscuits, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and cocoa powder. I mixed everything together using a spatula until well combined.

Then, I gently folded this mixture into the egg and sugar foam using a spatula, mixing slowly until everything was well combined. Next, I poured the batter into the cake pan. Before that, I lightly greased the bottom of the pan with a little sunflower oil and placed a piece of parchment paper on top

I baked the cake in the oven. First, I preheated the oven at 170°C for 5 minutes. Then, I poured in the batter and baked it at the same temperature for 30–35 minutes. After baking, I turned off the oven and let the cake cool at room temperature 🍰❄️. And then, here’s the final look!

I really enjoyed making this cake myself, and it turned out so delicious 😍. My whole family loved it!
That’s all for today. I hope everyone stays happy and healthy. Thank you so much for your support, Hive friends.
