In my Italian cooking classes, I learned a little bit of everything, including how to assemble an Italian-style ice cream called "Forest Ice Cream" because of its attractive colors 🍒🍓🍇. I really enjoyed making this recipe, so I hope you enjoy it too. The ingredients used were:
♡150g strawberries.
♡150g blueberries.
♡150g raspberries.
♡150g blackberries.
♡1/4 cup crème de cassis.
♡Vanilla ice cream.
♡Chantilly cream.
En mis aulas de cocina Italiana me enseñaron de todo un poco, entre eso como hacer el montaje de un helado estilo italiano llamado helado del bosque por sus atractivos colores 🍒🍓🍇 disfrute mucho elaborando esta receta asi que ustedes disfruten tambien, los ingredientes utilizados han sido:
♡150 gr de fresas.
♡150gr de mirtilos.
♡150 gr de frambuesas.
♡150gr de moras.
♡1/4 taza de licor de cassis.
♡Helado de vainilla.
♡Crema chantilly.
First, we make a maceration with our fruit, sugar, and liqueur. 🍒🍓🍈🍇
We place the fruit in a bowl with two tablespoons of sugar and 1/4 cup of liqueur and leave it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours so the maceration can work properly.
Primeramente lo que hacemos es un macerado con nuestras frutas, azucar y el licor. 🍒🍓🍈🍇
Colocamos en un bol las frutas con dos cucharadas de azúcar y 1/4 de licor y lo dejamos en el refrigerador por aproximadamente unas 2 horas para que el macerado actue correctamente.
