Hello Hive food community my first post here and i decided to go local hope i am welcome today as i was about to prepare food that will take time to cook it happened that i was so hungry that before i will finish cooking i might fall in the kitchen hahaha so i choose to prepare this with white yam rush first eat before going into the main cooking for the day
Here are the ingredients
Yam
Fresh yellow pepper
Onion
Red oil
Salt
First step: l cut the yam in small pieces, washed it and put them into the pot for cook
Second step: allowed to cook for about ten minutes
Then as the yarm is cooking i started preparing the source just washed the pepper sliced the onion and pound it with my small mortar
After pounding it to my taste because i wanted it rough so that i can be getting the taste of onion and pepper then i put in a plate and then added the red oil oh am already in my village because it gave me taste i was looking for hahaha and i enjoyed it
You can notice that i cook this Yam With the back before i removed it after the has done still looking for the village taste and research has shown that is more nutritious that way that the back also nutritious and after cooking it penetrates to the main yam and it reduces the level of starch in the yam
Delicious i hope you can try it you will like so simple to prepare yam contains starch and pepper, onion and red oil also have their important nutrients needed by our bodies
