Quisiera decirles que tuve un sueño realmente inspirador, de realizar este platillo durante toda mi vida, que mi pasión ha sido directamente ¡verlo! ¡Hacerlo!

He preparado esta receta y me he tomado el tiempo de querer compartirla acá con ustedes, tomándome el tiempo de tomar fotos para el proceso por supuesto... Por si quieren hacerla ustedes mismos, o simplemente hacer como las personas que ven videos de cocina y no hacen ni siquiera un sandwich

• Papas
• Plátanos maduros (amarillos) dulces... etc
• Huevos
• Aceite

Ok, para empezar primero fuí a buscar los ingrediendes... (SIII, ESTA VEZ ESTOS SÍ SON COSAS QUE CUALQUIERA TIENE EN CASA) 😱😂😂

Y emprendí mi duro y largo viaje (varios sitios de mi casa) jajaja

Fui por papas y algunos plátanos.
Es importante que estos estén amarillos, porque así estarán maduros y tendrán un sabor dulce, suave y tendrán una contextura jugosa para hacer la preparación de más adelante.

Fui por la pasta, ¿Por qué? PORQUE LA PASTA ES LA MEJOR COMIDA DEL MUNDO!
(Y si, es mejor que el arroz y no pienso discutirlo con nadie) 😂

En este caso 3 papas. Pero creanme, no están tan grandes como creen, 2 de ellas se podían tomar en un puño...
