Hoy les quiero compartir una receta que no puede faltar un fin de semana como cena en familia, el primo hermano de las hamburguesas que ambas no pueden faltar en un combo o por lo menos son los más pedidos, hoy me animé a prepararlos un poco diferente, y es que hay un ingrediente que yo observaba en los puestos de comida rápida que lo agregaban a los perritos calientes como un adicional y es el aguacate, tiras de aguacate como ingrediente final, a mi me parecía una combinación rara y contrastante y ahora que los hago en casa dije porque no?, a ver qué tal saben, así que con esto y poco más los dejaré con el proceso de elaboración y algunas fotos del platillo terminado.

Lo primero que hice fue poner a hervir o sancochar las salchichas y también en olla con tapa a baño maria ablandar algunos panes de perros un poco más grandes de lo normal y semillas de sésamo que le da un toque diferente tanto en sabor en presentación. Mientras se hace esto hacemos lo siguiente.

Y aquí les muestro el resultado final de como quedaron estos deliciosos perritos calientes caseros con aguacate, porque si, sabían muy ricos y me terminaron gustando, una sorpresa que me hace entender porque la gente pedía sus perros con ese ingrediente en los puestos de la calle, y así ya estaría listo para disfrutarlo con tu bebida favorita.!!
