Ingredientes 👩🍳 || Ingredients 👩🍳
✓ 1 kilo de arroz blanco.
✓ 400 gramos de raíces chinas.
✓ 400 gramos de cebollín.
✓ 200 gramos de cilantro.
✓ 3 pimentones rojos.
✓ 1 pechuga de pollo pequeña.
✓ 200 gramos de camarones.
✓ 3 chuletas ahumadas grandes.
✓ Sal al gusto.
✓ Aceite.
✓ Agua.
1 kilo of white rice.
400 grams of Chinese roots.
400 grams of chives.
200 grams of cilantro.
3 red peppers.
1 small chicken breast.
200 grams of shrimp.
3 large smoked chops.
Salt to taste.
Oil.
Water.
Soy sauce.
Sweet and sour sauce.
Salsa de soya.
Salsa agridulce.
Preparación 👩🍳 || Preparation 👩🍳
✓ En primer lugar vamos a sofreír el arroz blanco con un poco de aceite y luego le vamos a agregar el agua, la sal 🧂 y se pone a cocinar a fuego medio hasta que esté sueltecito.
First we are going to fry the white rice with a little oil and then we are going to add the water, salt 🧂 and cook it over medium heat until it is loose.
✓ En segundo lugar procedo a lavar y picar en cuadritos el cebollín, los pimentones rojos y el cilantro y lo pongo a sofreír con aceite a fuego muy lento...
Secondly, I proceed to wash and dice the scallion, red peppers and cilantro and fry them with oil over very low heat...
✓ Seguidamente procedo a picar en cuadritos las 3 chuletas y la pechuga de pollo para luego ponerlas a sofreír con aceite también! Y mientras tanto pongo a hervir los camarones 🍤 y las raíces chinas! Cada cosa por separado!
Next, I proceed to chop the 3 chops and the chicken breast into small cubes and then fry them with oil as well! And meanwhile I boil the shrimps 🍤 and the Chinese roots! Each thing separately!
✓ Por último procedo a unir o mezclar todos los ingredientes con el arroz blanco hasta que todo quede bien integrado! De mi parte no me gusta añadir salsas porque me gusta que cada quien se sirva al gusto!
Finally I proceed to mix all the ingredients with the white rice until everything is well integrated! I don't like to add sauces because I like everyone to serve themselves as they like!
