Degustando: Sabores de Golfeados 🍰🤤 (ESP-ENG)

Hola amigos amantes de la cocina y la deliciosa comida 🤤✌🏻

Me gusta compartir con ustedes los postrecitos ricos que tengo la oportunidad de degustar. En esta ocasión se trata de golfeados y no se trata de golfeados tradicionales con queso y ya sino unos bastantes particulares.

Les cuento que en Barinas probé esa delicia, el esposo de mi cuñada llevó un pedido muy especial para compartir, la verdad fueron muchas atenciones por estos días y por supuesto amo esos detalles.

Bueno, el punto es que llegaron estos pancitos. Uno de tiramisú decorado con algunos granos de café, otro de pie de limón con algunos pirulin en la decoración y por supuesto relladura de limón y por último y el más top de tres leches con mermelada de guayaba y Chantilly.

Aunque eran para compartir, había un pedido especial para mí y era el de tres leches con mermelada de guayaba. Así que fue el primero que comí 😂 la verdad estaba sorprendida con la presentación y el sabor. No sabe a nada que haya probado antes, esa combinación de dulce estaba buenísima y por supuesto que tenía lo salado del quesito que venía por dentro, todo se deshacía en la boca.

Y aunque probé luego los otros, no me agrandaron tanto tal vez el de pie de limón pero el de café no me gustó 🙈🙈 seguro los amantes del café lo amarían pero a mí no me agrada el café en lo dulce.

¿Ustedes han probado ese tipo de golfeados? Yo amé esa nueva experiencia de sabor, seguro la próxima vez que vuelva a Barinas me doy una vuelta por el sitio en el que lo venden y probar otros sabores que me contó mi cuñada que también están buenísimos 🤤

I like to share with you the delicious desserts that I have the opportunity to taste. This time it's about golfeados and it's not the traditional golfeados with cheese and that's it, but some very special ones.

I tell you that in Barinas I tasted this delicacy, my sister-in-law's husband took a very special order to share, the truth was a lot of attention these days and of course I love those details.

Well, the point is that these little breads arrived. One of tiramisu decorated with some coffee beans, another of lemon pie with some pirulin in the decoration and of course lemon filling and finally and the top of three milks with guava jam and Chantilly.

Although they were to share, there was a special order for me and it was the tres leches with guava jam. So it was the first one I ate 😂 the truth was amazed with the presentation and the taste. It doesn't taste like anything I've ever tasted before, that combination of sweet was great and of course it had the salty part of the cheese that came inside, everything melted in my mouth.

And although I tried the others later, I didn't like them as much, maybe the lemon pie one but I didn't like the coffee one 🙈🙈 I'm sure coffee lovers would love it but I don't like coffee in sweetness.

Have you guys tried that kind of treats? I loved that new taste experience, for sure the next time I go back to Barinas I will go to the place where they sell it and try other flavors that my sister-in-law told me that they are also delicious 🤤.
