For the first time I tried Sushi, yes, for the first time 😂😂 the truth is I wasn't really sure about it because I don't like fish that much and basically that's the reason why I had never dared to eat the delicacy that sushi represents for some 🍣.
It was a special date for Wil and me, considering that he hadn't eaten before either (I think this brought us together since the beginning of our relationship 😂😂) we have already eaten a few little things and on the list was still trying sushi 🍣.
We went to a new sushi restaurant that opened in the Sambil mall in Barquisimeto, from the Chef Almargo group Was it the best place? Only connoisseurs will say, the point is that they had good prices (maybe it wasn't the best selection criteria) but... I wanted to try yes and no hahahahaha.
We entered the place, the space is very nice and the service is great, so we were doing great. We ordered tempura sushi with mixed flavors to try a little bit of everything.
It was funny for obviousooo you could tell we had never been and the waiter brought us the chopsticks 🥢 and asked us if we needed a guide, I didn't know what he was asking me hahaha but I assumed it was something for the chopsticks and I said yes 😂😂 he brought the chopsticks with guide and it was great because it was easier to grip.
In my mind I was saying "I won't be embarrassed but with my hand" hahahaha I understand that with my hand is also valid. The sushi arrived 🍣 it smelled yummy and I was hungry, that day I was super busy and just wished everything was yummy 🥹🥹.
Wil and I took one at the same time and ate waiting for each other's reaction 😂😂 here I leave you pictures of Will's reaction hahaha mine was the same but there are no pictures 😂 that first roll was crab, avocado, cream cheese and rice.
What stood out the most from the first bite, the taste of the thin, crispy and delicious topping. I was completely surprised by the flavor, I thought it would be very invasive but it was subtle. I think the combination of flavors was rich, plus I accompanied it with soy sauce and eel.
Did I go crazy for sushi? No, hahaha although I didn't dislike the taste I have to keep trying some options and keep getting familiar with the particular flavor of sushi🍣.

Por primera vez probé Sushi, sí, por primera vez 😂😂 la verdad no estaba muy segura de hacerlo porque no me agrada tanto el pescado y básicamente esa es la razón por la que jamás me había animado comer la delicia que representa para algunos el sushi 🍣
Era una fecha especial para Wil y para mí, considerando que el tampoco había comido antes (creo que esto nos unió desde el principio de nuestra relación 😂😂) ya hemos comido algunas cositas y en la lista aún estaba probar sushi 🍣
Fuimos a un nuevo restaurant de sushi que abrió en el centro comercial Sambil en Barquisimeto, del grupo Chef Almargo ¿Fue el mejor sitio? Solo los conocedores dirán, el punto es que tenían buenos precios (tal vez no fue el mejor criterio de selección) pero... quería probar si y no jajajaja
Entramos al sitio, es espacio es muy bonito y la atención es genial, por esa parte íbamos genial. Pedimos sushi en tempura con sabores mixtos para probar de todo un poco.
Fue gracioso por obvioooo se notaba que jamás habíamos ido y el mesero nos llevó los palillos 🥢 y nos preguntó si necesitábamos guía, yo no sabía que me estaba preguntando jajaja pero supuse que era algo para los palillos y dije si 😂😂 trajo los palillos con guía y fue genial porque era más fácil el agarre.
En mi mente decía "no pasaré vergüenza, sino con la mano" jajajaja entiendo que con la mano también es válido. Llegó el sushi 🍣 olía riquísimo y yo tenía hambre, ese día estuve súper ajetreada y solo deseaba que todo estuviera rico 🥹🥹
Wil y yo tomamos uno al mismo tiempo y comimos esperando la reacción del otro 😂😂 acá les dejo fotos de la reacción de Will jajaja la mía fue igual pero no hay fotos 😂 ese primer roll era de cangrejo, aguacate, queso crema y arroz.
Lo que más destacó del primer bocado, el sabor de la cubierta fina, cujiente y deliciosa. Me sorprendió por completo el sabor, pensé que sería muy invasivo pero fue sutil. Creo que la combinación de sabores fue rica, además que acompañé de salsa de soya y anguila.
¿Me volví loca por el sushi? No, jajajaja aunque no me desagradó el sabor tengo que seguir probando algunas opciones y seguir familiarizándome con el sabor particular del sushi🍣
¿Algún consejito o recomendación para mí próxima degustación de sushi? Los leo🍣🥢
