Hola amigos espero se encuentren super bien! 🌻
Hello friends, I hope you are all doing great! 🌻
I want to share that today I tried GYOZAS for the first time, and I love trying new things, but I also love Japanese and Chinese food... I also like Japanese novels, and the ones I like the most are those that have to do with food, because they feed my curiosity, hehehe... I've already experimented with making sushi at home, and my main diners have liked it... And the other day, I stopped by a supermarket that sells many imported items from Asia, looking for sesame oil, and I found that the cafeteria in the supermarket had added some new dishes.
So I didn't hesitate to see what was on the menu. There were many things: wings, ramen, waffles, mochi, wonton soup, Chinese doughnuts, among other things, and also different types of drinks for all tastes. I wanted to try the gyozas because I'm watching a series where they prepare them a lot, so I wanted to taste them to see what they were like. You can order them fried or steamed, and I ordered them steamed.
They were filled with ground pork, carrots, and other vegetables with subtle flavors. The filling was very juicy, and the wrapper was thin and soft with double edges that made them look super pretty... They came with a soy sauce seasoned with green onions and some hot chili peppers, but it wasn't too spicy and brought out the flavor of the gyozas, whose filling tends to have a hint of sweetness, I think because of the carrots.
I would love to come back soon to try another one of their dishes.
