Hace par de meses, los chicos de mi trabajo me recomendaron la comida de un lugar cerca de donde trabajamos y la verdad no había tenido tiempo para pasar por acá, hasta que finalmente me di una vuelta rápida y probé algo que me encantó.

A couple of months ago, my coworkers recommended a place to eat near where we work, but I hadn't had time to check it out until I finally stopped by for a quick bite and tried something I loved.
Este lugar es una panadería llamada "La nueva almendra", es muy cerca de donde trabajo y esta zona es bastante transcurrida, hay muchas oficinas y demás, entonces es un buen lugar para el comercio porque siempre que se busca salir de un aprieto, como yo en este momento, suelen venir acá porque venden no solo comida de panadería como sandwich, sino también almuerzos ricos y demás.
Yo no quería comer empanadas o lo que normalmente suelen vender los delivery's, que son hamburguesas y comida chatarra porque he cuidado bastante mi alimentación y no quería acostumbrarme que cada que no traigo almuerzo, comer algo muy pesado así.
Entonces me sugirieron un sandwich de "pastrón" o pastrami, entonces pedí ese a ver qué tal y quedé totalmente impresionada.
Primero porque no fue muy caro, cerca de los 4$ y porque estaba delicioso, es un pan muy suave un poco dulce, arriba tenía cebolla, semillas de amapola, mayonesa, pepinillos, queso y el jamón "pastrón".

So they suggested a pastrami sandwich, and I ordered it to see what it was like, and I was totally impressed. First, because it wasn't very expensive, around $4, and because it was delicious. It's a very soft, slightly sweet bread with onions, poppy seeds, mayonnaise, pickles, cheese, and pastrami on top.

Es delicioso, la verdad me esperaba otra cosa, un sandwich sencilo con cualquier jamón, pero no, es una combinación de sabores, creo que los pepinillos le dan el toque, todo estaba muy rico.
Así que pronto vuelvo con más calma para mostrarles mejor el lugar y probar otras cosas de acá, porque definitivamente el sandwich de pastrón 10/10.
I went to my usual spot to eat in peace and was ecstatic.
It's delicious. To be honest, I was expecting something else, a simple sandwich with any kind of ham, but no, it's a combination of flavors. I think the pickles give it that special touch. Everything was very tasty.
So I'll be back soon when things calm down a bit to show you more of the place and try other things here, because the pastrami sandwich definitely gets a 10/10.
