Holi mi gente comelona, espero que todos estén muy bien hoy✨.
Yo estoy feliz porque hace bastante que no salía a comer algo diferente a lo que habitualmente como, además de que he estado comiendo un poco más sano y cambiando hábitos en mi rutina para bajar un poco de peso, complementando con ir al gimnasio y he tenido buenos resultados.
Sin embargo no es bueno tener una mala relación con la comida y verla como alimentos buenos y malos, porque esto es muy dañino para nuestra salud mental, entonces siempre intento tener una buena relación con todas las comidas y darme mis gustitos de vez en cuando cuando mi cuerpo lo pide.
Tal como este día que fuimos a celebrar el cumpleaños de nuestra amiga Alejandra, al restaurante Barú Gastropub ubicado en Palermo, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Se trata de un restaurante de comida colombiana al que no habíamos ido antes, es muy lindo por dentro, me gustó mucho su decoración y el ambiente, había vallenato y música tradicional colombiana, las personas que nos atendieron fueron muy amables y nos dieron un buen servicio, no me quejo.
Pedimos un gran plato llamado Bandeja Paisa que constaba de dos arepitas de yuca, tajadas de plátano, caraotas negras, chicharrón , una buena porción de arroz, carne mechada, huevo y aguacate. Todo esto por 12$.
La bandeja paisa me gustó un montón y se parece bastante a nuestro pabellón criollo venezolano, espero no ofender a mis hermanos colombianos, pero es que tenemos comidas muy similares y claramente me iba a gustar mucho esto, estaba deliciosa.
Yo que no soy muy fan de las caraotas, me encantaron, estaban bien sazonadas y ricas.
Para tomar pedimos Daiquiris de frutos rojos y Caipirinha, ambos tuvieron un costo de 3$ y me gustaron bastante porque no me sabían tanto a alcohol, porque muy rara vez yo suelo tomar alcohol, pero esta vez era un día especial así que por qué no?
Me gustaron ambas bebidas.
Después de comer y beber, decidimos cantarle cumpleaños a Alejandra con una torta 3 leches que hice yo porque me lo pidieron, pues les gusta mucho cómo la hago, así que con gusto.
Y luego nos fuimos a casa, fue una linda noche la verdad y hacía falta algo diferente.
Barú Gastropub 10/10, recomendado. 👌🏽

I'm happy because it's been a while since I've eaten something different from what I usually eat, plus I've been eating a little healthier and changing habits in my routine to lose a little weight, complemented with going to the gym and I've had good results.
However it is not good to have a bad relationship with food and see it as good and bad foods, because this is very harmful to our mental health, so I always try to have a good relationship with all foods and give me my treats from time to time when my body asks for it.
Such as this day we went to celebrate the birthday of our friend Alejandra, at the restaurant Barú Gastropub located in Palermo, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
It is a Colombian food restaurant that we had not been to before, it is very nice inside, I really liked its decoration and the atmosphere, there was vallenato and traditional Colombian music, the people who served us were amiable and gave us a good service, I'm not complaining.
We ordered a great dish called Paisa Tray which consisted of two arepitas of yucca, plantain slices, black beans, chicharron, a good portion of rice, shredded meat, egg, and avocado. All this for 12$.
I liked the Paisa Tray a lot and it looks a lot like our Venezuelan pabellon criollo, I hope I am not offending my Colombian brothers, but we have very similar foods and I was going to like this a lot, it was delicious.
I am not a big fan of caraotas, but I loved them, they were well-seasoned and delicious.
To drink we ordered Red Fruit Daiquiris and Caipirinha, both had a cost of 3$ and I liked them quite a lot because they didn't taste so much like alcohol to me. After all, very rarely do I usually drink alcohol, but this time it was a special day so why not?
I liked both drinks.
After eating and drinking, we decided to sing Alejandra's birthday with a 3 leches cake that I made because they asked for it, they like how I make it, so I was happy to do it.
And then we went home, it was a nice night and we needed something different.
