Hola a todos, espero que estén pasando unos días increíbles junto a sus seres queridos. Hoy paso por aquí en este día de las velitas aquí en Colombia, para contarles de un restaurante que tuve la oportunidad de visitar gracias a la empresa para la que trabajo. Se trata de Alambike y está ubicado en el Poblado aquí en Medellín. La líder del equipo quería hacer una reunión para compartir todos juntos y la verdad es que este lugar estuvo perfecto. Si quieres comer buena proteína este es el lugar que debes visitar. Algo muy importante que debes saber es que si quieres venir aquí debes reservar antes ya que es un local que se llena mucho y sino reservas, desafortunadamente no tendrás la oportunidad de comer en una mesa y la barra se llena muy rápido.
Éramos 11 personas en una mesa grande y teníamos derecho a pedir para todos; 2 entradas, 6 platos fuertes, 3 bebidas por persona y 3 postres. Sé que puedes estar pensando que es poca comida para tantos pero debes saber que los platos aquí son para dos personas ya que son unos platos costosos y grandes. Además debes saber que algunos cortes de carne tienen diferente tiempo de cocción así que fundamental pedir una entrada para comenzar y esperar. Si ves un poco de la carta los platos son un tanto costosos pero es por la calidad de los cortes y lo bueno que cocinan aquí. No vas a arrepentirte por pagar lo que cuesta ya que todo allí es muy bueno y la atención es espectacular. Pasamos una buena noche y quedamos todos satisfechos. Las bebidas también esperaban buenisimas todo la soda de maracuya y de frutos rojos con pimienta. Otra cosa que debo resaltar es la decoración del lugar. Todos la amamos. Hello everyone, I hope you are having an incredible time with your loved ones. Today, on the day of the velitas here in Colombia, I am stopping by to tell you about a restaurant I had the opportunity to visit thanks to the company I work for. It is called Alambike and is located in El Poblado here in Medellín. The team leader wanted to organize a gathering for everyone to share, and honestly, this place was perfect. If you want to eat good protein, this is the place to go. One very important thing to know is that if you want to come here, you have to make a reservation because it gets very crowded, and if you don't reserve, unfortunately, you won't be able to get a table, and the bar fills up very quickly.
There were 11 of us at a large table, and we were entitled to order for everyone: two starters, six main courses, three drinks per person, and three desserts. I know you might think that's not much food for so many people, but you should know that the dishes here are for two people, as they are expensive and large. You should also know that some cuts of meat have different cooking times, so it's essential to order a starter to begin with and wait. If you look at the menu, the dishes are a bit expensive, but that's because of the quality of the cuts and how well they cook here. You won't regret paying what it costs, as everything there is very good and the service is spectacular. We had a great night and we were all satisfied. The drinks were also delicious, especially the passion fruit and red fruit soda with pepper. Another thing I should mention is the decor. We all loved it. That's all for today. I hope you enjoyed it.
