Visitamos el restaurante Cecilio’s Pizza bar en Medellín [ESP/ENG]

Hola a todos! Algunos de los restaurantes que visitamos en Medellín, fue por recomendación de mi hermana @esthefanychacin, y Cecilio’s pizza bar fue uno de ellos, y aunque desde nuestra llegada allí teníamos ganas de visitar este restaurante, realmente no fue hasta después de volver de Cartagena que lo hicimos, es decir un par de días antes de volver a Madrid, ubicado en el Centro Comercial Mayorca en Sabaneta, es decir muy cerca de donde vive mi hermana.

Hello everyone! Some of the restaurants we visited in Medellin, was on the recommendation of my sister @esthefanychacin, and Cecilio's pizza bar was one of them, and although since our arrival there we had wanted to visit this restaurant, it really wasn't until after returning from Cartagena that we did, that is a couple of days before returning to Madrid, located in the Mayorca Shopping Center in Sabaneta, that is very close to where my sister lives.

Al restaurante fuimos a eso de las 2:30 pm, es decir un par de horas después de aterrizar en Medellín y fuimos solo Pawel, Olivia y yo ya que mi hermana y José estaban trabajando y todos los demás ya habían regresado a su destino, a primera vista nos encantó la decoración del lugar con muchas plantas y luces que le dan un toque fresco al restaurante, además a pesar de estar dentro del centro comercial, cuentan con varias mesas y sillas para los clientes que los visitan, y algo atractivo para las personas que les gusta en alcohol es que tienen promoción 2X1 en cócteles todos los días.

We went to the restaurant around 2:30 pm, that is a couple of hours after landing in Medellin and we went only Pawel, Olivia and I since my sister and Jose were working and everyone else had already returned to their destination, at first glance we loved the decor of the place with many plants and lights that give a fresh touch to the restaurant, also despite being inside the mall, they have several tables and chairs for customers who visit them, and something attractive for people who like alcohol is that they have 2X1 promotion on cocktails every day.

Al llegar una chica nos atendió amablemente diciendo que podíamos elegir la mesa que mas nos guste y más tarde ella nos trajo el menú con una silla para bebés donde Olivia estaba muy cómoda jugando con su rompecabezas. En el menú observamos que tienen entradas, pizzas, pasta, paninis y platos especiales con carne, pollo o salmón pero nosotros ya sabíamos que queríamos probar una de sus pizzas solo debíamos elegir una y los precios me parecían normales, es decir ni caros no baratos.

When we arrived a girl kindly served us saying that we could choose the table we liked and later she brought us the menu with a baby chair where Olivia was very comfortable playing with her puzzle. In the menu we noticed that they have starters, pizzas, pasta, paninis and special dishes with meat, chicken or salmon but we already knew that we wanted to try one of their pizzas we only had to choose one and the prices seemed normal to me, that is to say neither expensive nor cheap.

Una vez ordenamos la pizza y las bebidas, la chica nos trajo trozos de pan tostado con un salsa que estaba deliciosa y que mi esposo y yo disfrutamos mucho y unos minutos mas tardes trajo nuestras limonadas, yerba buena para mi y lichi para Pawel (estás bebidas fueron algo que nos encantó de visitar Colombia, ya que en Polonia no ofrecen esto en sus menús o al menos yo no he visitado ningún restaurante que lo haga) y ambas estaban deliciosas, además grandes y perfectas para el calor que estaba haciendo en Medellín.

Once we ordered our pizza and drinks, the girl brought us pieces of toasted bread with a sauce that was delicious and that my husband and I enjoyed very much and a few minutes later she brought our lemonades, yerba buena for me and lychee for Pawel (these drinks were something we loved about visiting Colombia, since in Poland they do not offer this in their menus or at least I have not visited any restaurant that does) and both were delicious, also big and perfect for the heat it was getting in Medellin.

Y luego nos trajeron la pizza mediterránea sin rugula, es decir con jamón serrano, mozarella y parmesano de 40 cm que fue la que ordenamos y les cuento que estaba deliciosa también, la masa fina como me gusta, crocante y toda completa con un sabor delicioso por lo que la recomiendo totalmente, por todo pagamos 94.400 pesos colombianos o 23 dólares aproximadamente que valieron totalmente la pena, así que si estás en Sabaneta no dudes visitar este restaurante donde vas a disfrutar y comer delicioso.

And then they brought us the Mediterranean pizza without rugula, that is to say with Serrano ham, mozzarella and Parmesan of 40 cm which was the one we ordered and I tell you that it was delicious too, the dough was thin as I like, crispy and all complete with a delicious flavor so I totally recommend it, for everything we paid 94,400 Colombian pesos or 23 dollars approximately which was totally worth it, so if you are in Sabaneta do not hesitate to visit this restaurant where you will enjoy and eat delicious.
