Hello friends, how are you all? I hope you all are fine. I am also fine. So I have come again with a new blog. Today’s blog is very interesting because in this blog I have shared 2 recipes together. And these are BBQ and chapli kabab recipes. Last night we invited some guests and we decided to do BBQ, so I prepared everything one day before with my mom because for BBQ chicken pieces need to be marinated for 24 hours. So guys now without wasting much time let’s start making delicious BBQ and finger licking chapli kabab 🤤.
Ingredients needed for BBQ
Chicken 3 kg
Chicken tandoori masala
Tandoori masala
Half cup vinegar
1 whole garlic
Ingredients needed for chapli kabab
Beef 1 kg
4 onions
4 chilies
4 pieces of garlic
2 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons red chili powder
2 tablespoons crushed red chili
2 tablespoons cumin coriander
2 tablespoons dried fenugreek
1 tablespoon garam masala
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 egg
4 tablespoons flour
Marinating chicken for BBQ
So we took 3 kg boneless chicken pieces for BBQ. First I washed it well. Now I prepared spices in a bowl for marinating it for 24 hours.


First I took 1 whole garlic and grated it well. Then I added 1 pack National chicken tandoori masala and 1 pack Shan tandoori masala. And at last I added half cup vinegar and mixed it well. After mixing, I added chicken pieces in it and kept it in the fridge for 24 hours.












Preparing the chapli kabab mixture
To make chapli kabab, first I took 1 kg beef mince. Now 4 onions, 4 garlic pieces and 4 green chilies are grated well and extra water is removed from them and then added to the beef mince.




Now add 2 tablespoons salt, 2 tablespoons red chili powder, 2 tablespoons crushed red chili, 2 tablespoons cumin coriander, 2 tablespoons dried fenugreek, 1 tablespoon garam masala and 1 tablespoon black pepper into the beef.



Now add 1 egg and at last add 4 tablespoons flour. Now mix it well and keep it in the fridge for 24 hours for better taste.



BBQ time! 🔥
After 24 hours at night we prepared everything for BBQ. I put chicken pieces on sticks with my mom and on the other side my brother was preparing the charcoal grill. When the charcoal grill was ready, then we started BBQ. During BBQ we also applied oil on chicken pieces and after some time BBQ was ready.









Frying the chapli kabab
To make chapli kabab, make medium balls from the prepared beef mixture and then flatten them. Then shallow fry them in a pan.



Final result
So this is the final result of BBQ and chapli kabab. We enjoyed it with white rice and chutney. It was very tasty and the guests also liked it a lot. We all enjoyed a lot while making BBQ.
