Today i would like to share the recipe of vermicelli(seviyan) vermicelli can be cooked as Sweet or Salty both but today k would like share common recipe of vermicelli which is served as breakfast in my home atleast once in a week. There are various way of making it but as always i want to keep it simple and quick. It's health recipe, as it is contain vegetables, you can add more veggies depending on your choice and availability in your home, it is light and easy to Digest.

Ingredients 📃
• 100 grams of Vermicelli.
• 1 chopped onion.
• 1 chopped tomato.
• 2 tbsp of Oil.
• 1 tbsp of cumin seeds.
• 1 tbsp of Turmeric Powder.
• 1 tbsp of red Chilli Powder.
• Salt to taste.
• Water as required.
Process 📃
Firstly chopped the onion and Tomato, keep it aside.
Heat the kadai, roast the vermicelli on low flame.
keep in mind, keep stirring the vermicelli otherwise it will burn.
Roast untill it turn into brown colour. Keep it aside.
In the same kadai/pan, heat the oil, add the cumin seeds,wait untill it start crackling then saute the onion on Low flame, untill it get translucent.
now add the chopped tomato, then add spices one after the another on low flame otherwise spices will burn. Add little water so thats spices cooked it well.
Now add the roasted vermicelli, then add water and cover it for 2 mins untill vermicelli cooked it well.
Served hot vermicelli in your breakfast with hot tea or cold coffee.
