Today i would like to share the recipe of Aloo Ghobi,it is dry recipe made with a combination of potatoes and cauliflower coated with Indian Aromatic and Flavourful spices. There are many ways of making it, if you want curry, simply add water into it. It is serve as a dish dish in your meal, which is paired up with Daal & rice or with Roti & Paratha. one of the common vegetable especially in winter season found in every indian household is potatoes and cauliflower. Ingredients📃
• 10 Florets of Cauliflower.
• 1 Chopped Carrot.
• 1/2 Chopped Capsicum.
• 3 tbsp oil.
• 1 tbsp cumin seeds.
• 1 Chopped Onion.
• 4-5 Cloves of Garlic.
• 1 green chilli.
• ½ tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder.
• ½ tbsp coriander powder
• ¾ tsp salt
Process 👨🏻🍳


firstly, in a large kadai, heat the oil.

Add the Chopped garlic, saute it untill it get aromatic.
Garlic may add an extra line of defense to your diet during the winter. You should more garlic to your Recipe.

Add the cumin seeds & Asafoetida, Saute it untill start sputtering

Add the chopped onion, saute it until it get Translucent.

now add chopped carrot and capsicum, saute it for a minute.

Lower the flame, add the Spices - Kashmiri laal Mirch, salt, garam masala.

Mix it well, so that veggies get well coated with spices.

Now add the ghobi & Aloo. mix gently without breaking them. lower the flame, cover it with lead, cook it untill veggies get well cooked.

finally, aloo gobi dry recipe is ready to serve with roti or rice.
