Today i would like to share another North indian Recipe i.e. Aloo Tamatar sabji, it is an easy and simple gravy based curry recipe made with potatoes and tomatoes, it is common in indian, in my house i have aloo tamatar sabji atleast twice a week. It is one pot recipe to enjoy. There is many variations of many curry but as always trying the easiest recipe for my friends

Ingredients 📃
• 2 pototes.
• 2 onion.
• 2 tomatoes.
• 4 tbsp of Oil.
• 1 tbsp of turmeric powder.
• 1 tbsp of Kashmiri Red Mirch.
• 2 tbsp of coriander Powder.
• 1 tbsp of kasthuri Methi.
• 1 scoop of malai/cream.
• Salt to taste.
Process
Peel off the potatoes, cut into big cubes as shown in a picture, keep it into the water.
take a grinder jar, add roughly chopped onion & tomato. Grind it to make a smooth paste.
Now take a pressure cooker, heat the oil, now add the paste into it, add the spices one after another on low flame. cooked untill it starts releasing oil.
now add the kasthuri Methi.
add the cream on low flame, mix it well, so that malai turn into oil.
Add the potato then add water to cover the level of potatoes. Cover with the lid, at high flame wait for 3-4 whistle. Turn off the flame, wait till pressure release. Open the lid Mix it gently.
Your aloo tamatar sabji is ready to serve, pair it up with indian flatbread like roti/ partha or with Stream Rice.
