Appe is Healthy and delicious appetizer prepared with Semolina curd and lots of Vegetables. It is easy and quick to cook, it is tasty in taste & east to digest. It is common indian Breakfast, made in special type of cookware known as Appe Maker. These soft, crispy fluffy & Ball shaped small balls almost like my everyone in my house. As it is full of nutrition as it contains veggies now available in the street food Cart too.

Ingredients 📃
• 1 Chopped Onion.
• 1 Chopped Capsicum.
• 1 small Chopped Carrots.
• 2 chopped Green Chilli(optional).
• Green Coriander leaves.
• 1 cup of Suji/semolina.
• 2 tbsp of Curd.
• 1 Packet of Eno.
• 4 tbsp Oil.
• Salt to Taste.
• Water as Required.
Process📃
In a large bowl take Suji, 1 curd, and 1 tsp salt. Add water & Mix it well. Keep it aside for 10 Minutes.
Meanwhile chopped your veggies.
ater resting the batter well mix it again, now add all the chopped vegetables in a batter.
Now add the eno, add more water to maintain batter consistency.
mx gently forming a frothy batter.
Now heat the appa Maker/ Pan. Grease it with oil.
once the pan is hot enough, add in prepared batter in each Mould, cooked it low flame.
Pour some oil in each mould, so that it Roast it well.
fip over and cook both sides.
your Hot sizzling appe is ready to serve, pair it up with Tomato sauce/garlic Chutney or Green Chutney, Depending on your choice and availability.
