Today i would like to share the Boondi Raita recipe, it quicky and easy Recipe, you can enjoy it with your Meal. Boondi Raita is fresh Beaten curd(yogurt) and melt in the mouth boondi (fried gram flour balls) together with some common spices. Raita has many variations, I like each type much,it is one such recipe which makes every meal or feast complete. Raita is common and popular in every house, as it healthy and help to digest the food.

Ingredients 📃
• ½ cup Ready-made boondi.
• 1 cup curd / yogurt.
• ¼ tsp cumin powder / jeera powder
• ¼ tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
• Salt to Taste
• Finely chopped Green coriander leaves.
• Water if required.
Preparation 🧑🍳
Add one cup of Fresh curd into the Large bowl.
whisk the Curd with help of whisker or beater.
whisk and mix make sure a smooth silky consistency curd is attained.
Add the salt with less quantity you adust it later.
Now add the Red chilli powder, you can also add the chopped Green Chilli depending on your taste.
Add the Cumin powder, it gives amazing flavour to your raita.
Now add the boondi, Keep the rest for 5 minutes so that boondi get Soft. Don't add too much boondi, otherwise raita will become thick.
Mix it with soft Hand, so that boondi coated with curd.
now add the fresh chopped Coriander leaves.
Garnish it with Green coriander leaves to make it more tempting. Now your boondi raita is ready to serve.
You can paired it up with Paratha, khichdi, Your lunch or Dinner.
