Today i would like to share the recipe of Bread pakoda,deep fried Fritter can be enjoy during snacks and breakfast. It's easy recipe just simply putting the potato stuffing in between the square shaped bread, dip into garam flour,then deep fried. It is common snacks which can enjoy during the raining season or winter season, it my personal choice not to eat fried food in hot summer, but you can have it at any time.

Ingredients 📃
• 10-12 Bread slice.
• 1 cups of Gram flour.
• Salt to taste.
• 3-4 boiled potato.
• 1-2 finely chopped green chilli.
• 1 inch finely chopped ginger.
• ¼ tsp kashmiri red chilli powder.
• ½ tsp dry mango powder.
• Pinch of Baking soda.
• 1 tbsp of Carom Seeds.
• oil for deep Frying.
Process 🧑🍳
firstly, in a large mixing bowl take 3 boiled potato, greate them.
Add Salt, red chilli powder, salt and garm masala. Combine all the ingredients well and stuffing is ready.
For Batter
In another bowl, add garam flour, salt, carmon seeds, mix it with water. Keep the consistency is fine neither too thick nor too running.
cut the two slices of bread into four square as per the picture shown.
spread a tbsp of prepared aloo stuffing over half slice of bread.
Cover with another half slice.
Dip into besan batter covering both sides.
Now the oil for frying..
deep fry immediately into hot oil.
slash oil over bread pakora and fry on medium flame flipping occasionally. Fry untill it get golden and crispy.
your hot bread pakoda is ready to serve. Paired it up with tomato sauce or green chutney to enhance it flavour.
