Today i would like to share the recipe of Cheese Veggie sandwich, sandwiches are almost everyone's favourite, there are huge variation of sandwich but today i would like to share sandwich made-up of grated cucumber & onion with lots of cheese cooked in the grill Toaster. It is kids favourite, can be best recipe for tiffin even it is an ideal recipe for any party or even for your next potluck party.

Ingredients📃
• Bread Slices.
• ½ cup mayonnaise.
• 1 Grated Cucumber.
• 1 Grated Onion.
• ¼ tsp pepper Powder.
• ¼ tsp salt.
• Grated Cheese Cube.
• 2 tbsp of Liquid Cheese.
• 2 tsp Tomato Sauce.
• 3 tsp butter
Process 👨🏻🍳
Wash the cucumber, peel off the onions & Cucumber.
Now grate the onion and cucumber.
Add the salt first so that cucumber release some water, then squeeze the grated cucumber & onion to remove water.
Now add red chilli powder(optional) & black pepper.
now add the liquid cheese and mayonnaise.
now add the tomato sauces to gives sweetness to sandwich.
Grate the cheese cubes.
Mix it well so that all the ingredient combined it well.
now spread the sandwich material into the bread slices, cover it with another bread. Grease the toaster with butter. Toast the sandwich untill it get golden brown in colour.
your hot cheese veggie sandwich is ready to serve, combine it with French fries(optional) or with cheese dip or tomato sauce.
