Today i would like to share the recipe of crispy veggies sandwiches with no Onion or garlic, as india navaratri season was going,where we worship goddess Maa Durga for 9 days, in my house my mom didn't allow to cook onion/garlic dishes. It's simple and easy recipe, even delicious and tasty too. It is healthy as it contains veggies with little oil, you can enjoy in the breakfast or during evening snacks.

Ingredients 📃
• 6 slices of breads.
• 1 grated Cucumber.
• 1 grated Carrot.
• 1 tbsp of Tomato sauce.
• 3-4 tbsp of Liquid cheese.
• 1 tbsp of Piri piri masala.
• Salt to Taste.
• Oil for greasing.
Process📃
Wash the cucumber & Carrot, peel it, grate it well.
now in a big bowl, add the grated the cucumber & Carrot, add liquid cheese, Tomato sauce & piri piri masala. Mix it well.
Take a bread slice, eventually spread allover the bread.
put another slice on the top, make it sandwich.
now grease the toaster with butter or oil.
put the sandwich in the toaster, grease some more oil on the top of the bread to make it crispy. As it is the electronic toaster, So you don't have to worry.
When your sandwich is done, toaster will automatic cut the power, meanwhile you can check in between.
Your crispy & Veggies sandwich is ready to serve, pair it up with some tomatoe sauce or Indian Green mint Chutney.
