Today i would like to share Dahi(curd) Green Chutney recipe, spiced and flavored yogurt dip made with up of Curd, mint and coriander leaves. It is common indian dip commonly knowns as Haari chutney in india. It is usually served with any kind of Appetizers or with the birayani(flavoured rice) or main meal or with Paratha or roti too. During summers you can prepare it, refrigerate it for 2-3 days but in winters you can serve it for 5-6 days. In this recipe you can also add the garlic to make it more delicious, but as Navaratri (indian festival) is going on, onion & garlic are not allowed to Cooked in my house. Try this recipe simple and easy recipe.

Ingredients 📃
• 1 cup coriander
• ¼ cup pudina / mint
• 2 green chilli
• 2 tbsp cup hung curd.
• ¼ tsp cumin powder.
• 2 tbsp lemon juice.
• ¼ tsp Chaat Masala.
• Salt to taste.
Process📃
Rinse the coriander leaves & mint with 3-4 times to remove its dirts, then take a jar Put the roughly chopped Coriander leaves & Mint.
Now add the Yoghurt or Curd in the jar.
now add the Green chilli & Squeeze the Lemons.
Add the salt & Chaat Masala.
Blend smoothly make sure the curd blends well with coriander leaves.
finally, serve dahi chutney is ready To serve. Serve in with any type of appetizers or in Main Course.
