Egg Fried Rice is Satisfying Dinner after Hard Day at work, with Less ingredients and Quickly ans Easily Cook, have shared authentic egg fried rice. If you have some leftover rice, you can make this the next day and enjoy it, somedays I purposely cook a little more rice to make this Easy and Tasty Recipe. When you don't feel like doing anything but want to eat something tasty, then simply take Leftover rice from the fridge and make egg fried rice.

Ingredients ๐
โข 5 Eggs.
โข 4 Tbsp of Oil.
โข 1 bowl of Cooked Rice.
โข 2 Finely chopped Onion.
โข 2 Finely chopped Tomato.
โข 2 finely Chopped Green Chilli.
โข 1 tbsp of Cumin seeds.
โข Pinch of asafoetida.
โข 1/2 Garm masala.
โข 1 tbsp of Kashmiri Laal Mirchi.
โข Salt to Taste.
โข 1 pckt of Maggie masala.
โข Green coriander Leaves for Garnish.
Process ๐งโ๐ณ
Heat the oil in the Kadai, add the Cumin Seeds and Asafoetida, when cumin seeds start crackling, Add the onions and cook them for about 1 to 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Once your Onions translucent, then Add Tomatoes, add all the spices except garam Masala, and Salt. Cooked the tomato untill it get Soft.
At High Flame, breaks all the eggs directly into onion Tomato paste, or you can also beat the Eggs in the Bowl and scramble them for about atleast 4-5 minutes.
Add the garam masala, keep stirring the eggs untill it get well cooked, brownish in Colour.
As show in the Picture, your egg scramble is ready.
Add the cooked rice, and with the Soft hands, stir the Rice, until the rice is heated through. If there are large clumps of rice, break them apart with the back of your spatula.
Garnish it with Green Coriander Leaves.
Serve Hot Sizzling Egg Fried Rice with Tomato Sauce or Green Chutney.
