Today i would like to share the recipe of Egg Fried Rice it is popular Winter cuisine in which Eggs scramble Mix with Boiled rice with some more veggies and Spices. It is healthy recipes as the main ingredient of it is Eggs,there are numerous benefits of consuming eggs during winters. It is easy and quickly prepared recipe with common ingredients but taste delicious. When you are too lazy to cook anything you have some leftover rice in your refrigerator then definitely go for this recipe.

Ingredients📃
• 4 cups of boiled Rice(Basmati).
• 5 eggs.
• 4 tbsp of oil/Butter.
• 1 tbsp of Cumin seeds.
• Pinch of asafoetida.
• 2 chopped Onion.
• 4-5 cloves of Garlic.
• 1 chopped Tomato.
• 2-3 Chopped Green Chilli.
• ½ tbsp of Turmeric Powder.
• ½ tbsp of Red Chilli Powder.
• 1 tbsp of Coriander Powder.
• ½ tbsp of garam Masala.
• Salt to taste.
• Green Coriander leaves for Garnish.
Process 👨🏻🍳

firstly, in a large kadai heat oil/butter and stir-fry cloves of garlic untill it get aromatic.

Now add cumin seeds & asafoetida, wait untill it get sputtering.

Lower the flame, add the chopped onion, saute it untill it get translucent.
Tip - you can add more veggies as per choice & Taste.

Furthermore add the chopped tomato & Green chilli untill it get soft in texture.

Lower the flame, add the turmeric powder, Red chilli powder & Coriander Powder. Mix it well untill it get aromatic. Be careful there is high chances of burning spices.

Lower the flame, pour the eggs. Scramble and cook on medium Flame.

Keep Stirring, untill it cooked well.

Your egg texture will be as shown in this picture, cook well. If your pan/kadhai is too dry, you can add more butter/oil.

keeping the flame on high, add cooked rice, now add the salt as your Taste.

Stir-fry by mixing well making sure rice grains won't break.

further, add Green Coriander leaves and Mix it well.

Gently with soft hand, mix the rice so that everything is well combined.

Serve the Hot Egg Fried Rice, Paired it up with Curd or Green Chutney.
