Fruit custard is made by mixing fruits with custard sauce, it's my favourite dessert all time, infact the custard is not available anywhere in the restaurant, whenever i crave for sweet, i go for Custard. It is healthy recipes as it contains lots of fruits and Milk, infact you customise the sugar as per your taste. You can add fruit as per your liking and availability in your home. It is easy to Cook and more flavourful and delicious in taste. Well, I don't like sweets but I never say no to Fruit custard. I suddenly had a craving to eat custard, but there is only banana and Grapes available in my house, so I put it whatever was available. You can add more fruits into it.

Ingredients 📃
• 1 Litres Of Milk.
• 2 tbsp of custard Powder.
• 6-7 tbsp if sugar.
• any Fruits depends on your availability.
• Dryfruits for garnish.
Process 🧑🍳
Take milk in a thick bottomed pan and keep it on the stove top, keep it Low Flame.
When the milk has come to a gentle heat, sugar or as per your taste. Stir well so that the sugar dissolves
stir very well to make a smooth paste or slurry without any lumps.
While the milk is warming up, Mix the custard powder in some milk to make a thin paste
add it to the rest of the milk. Bring to a boil.
Keep on stirring often while the custard is cooking, so that lumps are not formed. Cook for about 5 to 6 minutes on a low flame.
When the mixture get thicker in consistency, off the flame. Let it cool at room temperature
Once the custard has cooled (at room temperature or in the fridge), add the mixed fruits.
Serve the custard
Serve fruit custard garnished with some Dryfruits.
