Breakfasting Mountain views
The views were amazing. I couldn't believe that I was able to see such a beautiful direction with my own eyes. It seemed as if someone had placed a scenery in front of me.
The weather changes suddenly in the mountains. When we arrived, the weather was absolutely clean and within no time, the whole place turned into a Fog.
I wanted to just keep looking at the amazing views of mountain s, but we were tired and next early morning. We had to start our Kedarnath trekking which was difficult,So, we wanted to give maximum rest to our body so that we don't face any problem in trekking.
The best part about this hotel was that there was a helipad right in front of our hotel, So while we were eating, at least 10 to 15 helicopters flew over us.
Tea
The phrase "tried need cup of tea" Yes, I was tired and wanted to get a good strong tea so that all my tiredness would go away. I had given us instructions to make such tea and bring it but no matter what, the tea was not good at all.
Dal Makhani
Here they did the mistake, we ordered daal takda but they serve us Dal makhani. We are so tried and hungry not in the mood to argue or complain about anything, we only want sleep after the food 😜
Dal makhani is made up of mixed dal even rajma(kidney beans), which is dark brown in colour, where as Dal tadka is yellow in colour made up of tur dal.
Kadai Paneer
We ordered Kadai Paneer, Basically, the paneer(cottage cheese) is cooked in tomato and onion gravy with a special indian spices known as kadai masala, these special spice powder adds a unique flavor and taste to the curry compared to the other variations of paneer Gravy.
The curry was amazing and perfectly cooked with spices, flavour and taste was upto the mark.
Tawa Roti
Tawa roti is a Indian flatbread cooked on a traditional iron griddle called a tawa/ Pan. In india having tawa roti at home atleast once a meal in a day, Tawa roti is only thing i prefer while travelling, as it is easy to digest as it is made up of Wholesome wheat. The hotel staff serving hot roti one after another which is another impressive point of it.
My plate is ready to eat
Thankyou 😊
