Today i would like to share the recipe of Hakka noodles without using any sauce. Hakka Noodles is one the popular and flavored noodles recipe made with thin noodles and masala. It is popular street food in India which is available at every corner of india, even nowadays it is available in the village cart too. Hakka noodles are almost liked by everyone but it my favourite,i can enjoy it anywhere at anytime. It is easy and quick recipe, the best part of this recipe you don't have add any sauce, just add noodles Masala which contains every Chinese flavours which make your noodles more tempting & Delicious

Ingredients📃
for Boiling noodles
• 250 Grams of Noodles.
• 6 cup water.
• 1 tsp salt.
• 1 tsp oil.
for schezwan noodles
• 1 slicely chopped Onion.
• 1 Slicely Chopped Capsicum.
• 4-5 cloves of Garlic.
• 4 tbsp Shredded cabbage.
• 1 sachet of noodle Masala.
• 4 tbsp of Oil.
• Salt to Taste.
Process 👨🏻🍳
Chopped the onion capsicum and clove of garlic should be chopped as shown as picture.
Firstly, in a large vessel boil water, salt and oil, get the water to a boil, then add noodles.
boil for 3 minutes or refer package instructions to know the cooking time on high flame.
drain off the noodles and wash with cold water to remove starch and keep it aside.
In a large kadai/pan heat oil and saute garlic and chopped onion & Capsicum at high flame, stir well without overcoming vegetable, saute it untill it get translucent. Then add the Noodles masala on low flame, untill it get aromatic.
add Boiled noodles and stir fry on high flame. Mix it gently so that masala get well coated with the noodles.
