Uttapam(thick pancake) is a classic South Indian tiffin or breakfast,It is one of those breakfast recipes, which is not just popular in South Indian but also over all the india. It healthy breakfast as it is made up of Samolina(suji) with lots of Veggies, even cook in less Oil. It is easy and quickly prepared breakfast which is delicious in taste. It is an Perfect morning breakfast recipe which can be made instantly without the hassle of fermentation,Try this delicious and Healthy breakfast.

Ingredients ๐
โข 2 Cup of Suji(Semolina).
โข 1/2 cup Curd.
โข Oil for roasting.
โข 1 Finely Chopped Onion.
โข 1 Finely Chopped Tomato.
โข 1/2 Finely Chopped Capsicum.
โข 50 Grams of boiled Sweet Corns.
โข 1 tbsp of Black Pepper.
โข 1 Packet of Eno.
โข Salt to Taste.
Process ๐งโ๐ณ
Use the Chopper, for finely chopped onion, capsicum, and carrot. Boiled the corns. Keep it aside.
firstly, in a large bowl take Suji, curd, Black Pepper and salt.Mix well making sure the curd is combined well.
Add all rhe chopped Vegetables,Add the water for perfect consistency. Add extra water as Suji Absorb more water.
Add the Eno for instant Suji Uttpam, you can keep the material for rest for 2O minutes. Mix well making sure everything is well combined.
Heat the Tava, brush the tava with Oil.
now pour the Suji batter with the help Spoon, make it around around for big uttapam.
Pour the oil around the Uttapam.
Flip it, roast at medium flame, keep press it by Spatula all over the uttapam.
Cook untill it get Golden Brown in colour and crispy in texture.
Your crispy veggies uttapam is ready to serve, compare it with Tomato sauce, green Chutney or pickle to enhance it flavour and Taste.
