Today i would likr to share the Recipe of Cottage Cheese or Home made Paneer it is Soft, rich and Creamy Paneer with desire consistency, it having no preservatives and no unhealthy Ingredients, home made food is healthy and more flavour. I always perfer home made paneer instead of buying market made, However, it takes hardly 20 minutes to prepare fresh and creamy paneer, even you can prepare it a day before making currys. There are huge benefit of consuming paneer as it contains it is high in nutritive value with its rich content of calcium and protein. After seeing my recipe you will also prefer to made it at home, it is economical and healthy too.

Ingredients📃
• 2 litre milk.
• 1/2 tbsp of Citric Acid.
• 2 tbsp water
Process 👨🏻🍳
Take a fresh full cream milk.
rinse a thick-bottomed vessel to prevent milk from burning. Add of milk and bring to a boil on High flame.
Keep stirring in between.
Meanwhile, add some water to citric acid to reduce the concentration, If you don't have citric acid, you can also use lemon or vinegar.
Once the milk is about to boil, add the Citric acid liquid into the milk on low flame, keep Stirring
add little more citric acid, Stir well till the milk curdles completely or the water separates.
Now, drain off the curdled milk over strainer, Rinse with cold water and squeeze out the water.
Shape the paneer(cottage cheese) as per choice, and keep the heavy object over, Rest for 15 or until the paneer sets completely.
