Today i would like to share the Winter special recipe Methi Partha healthy, tasty and flaky paratha madeup with fresh fenugreek leaves and other Indian spices. Methi leaves is winter season vegetable even it has tendency to keep your body warm, having methi partha in winter is one of delicious meal of the day. Meethi paratha is paired up with fresh yogurt or with pickle depending on your choice. It is ideal recipe for the Lunch Box even kids too enjoying it as Green Paratha thandi waala Even there are numerous Health benefits of consuming Methi leaves as it helps to control diabetes, cholesterol level, improves heart health and cures constipation and join pain. Try this recipe, 'm sure methi partha will become your favourite recipe as mine during chilling winter season.

Ingredients📃
• 3 cups of whole wheat(atta).
• 1 cups of chopped fenugreek leaves(methi leaves).
• 2-3 Chopped Green Chilli.
• ½ tbsp of turmeric Powder(haldi).
• ½ tbsp of red chilli Powder(lal mirch powder).
• ¼ tbsp cumin powder(jeera powder).
• ½ tbsp carom seeds(Ajwain).
• Pinch of Asafoetida(hing).
• salt to taste
• Oil/clarified butter for Roasting.
• water as required, to knead dough
Process 👨🏻🍳

Take a fresh Methi leaves, make sure to wash the leaves well and discard the stem.

Now chopped it, to make it quicker, use the chopper, to chopp the methi leaves.

In large mixing bowl take 2 cups of wheat flour, further add 1 cup of finely chopped methi leaves. additionally, add turmeric,red chili powder, asafoetida, cumin powder, ajwain and salt to taste.

Give a rough mix making sure the spices are combined well then add some water and knead the dough. Don't add too much water initially, add little little water to make the perfect dough.

knead the dough as shown in the picture to smooth and soft texture like of chapathi dough.

Add some drops of oil/ghee to remove the stickness of the dough,Give 5-6 punches on the dough to make smooth.

Rest it for atleast 10 minutes.

now pinch a medium sized ball dough.

Sprinkle some raw atta to avoid sticking.

bundle it up and flatten to ball, roll to big diameter using rolling pin as shown in the picture.

heat the Tawa, grease it with some oil/clarified butter.

place the rolled paratha and cook for a minute on high flame.

furthermore, when the base is partly cooked, flip the methi paratha, also brush ghee and press slightly.

Toast it well from the both sides untill it get Golden Brown in colour.

finally, your hot methi paratha is ready to serve, to make it more tempting, pair it with curd, green chutney or Tomato sauce or Pickle, depending on your choice.
