Fair softy is my favorite ice cream. Because we get to eat it only once a year when a fair is held, I call it Mele waali Ice-cream in my language. This is such an ice cream which my parents must have eaten in their childhood also, its has same Taste but increasing in price every year.
Every year a fair is organized in my city for which the entire city and surrounding villages wait,Very good crockery, household items, clothes and decoration items are available in this fair.And this fair is held one month before Holi festival only for a month in which people buy the goods of their need.
Let's talk about the cost of the ice-cream it increases by rs5 every year, Now this ice cream costs Rs 40 around $0.5 and Even in my childhood, when I used to come to eat this ice cream, it used to cost Rs. 7, today it used to cost Rs 7, As it cost is increase thrice a time. But the taste and flower is still the same.
I don't know how this ice cream is made? The shop keeper took out the substance from jar in a big water mug and put it in the machine, then it came out in the form creamy white Cream in a corn, which we called as Softi. My father says that it is made of chemicals and cornflour which is not good for health at all,But I eat this ice cream occasionally 2-3 times once a year, I don't think it will cause any harm to me.
Don't you find this ice cream tasty? I have never eaten such ice cream anywhere else, it is just only available in my city, So I never miss the opportunity to eat ice cream here.
