Today i would like to share the recipe of Paneer bhurji recipe, which is made up of crumbled Paneer or cottage cheese with indian Spices. when you don't like to cooked much but want to eat something healthy with full of protein & nutritious, then go for Paneer bhurji. This Indian paneer bhurji recipe is widely appreciated by all groups and can be served with Indian bread like chapati or Partha for lunch and dinner.

Ingredients 📃
• 200 grams of paneer(Cottage Cheese).
• 1 chopped onion.
• 1 chopped Tomato.
• 1/2 Chopped Capsicum.
• 1 tbsp of cumin Seeds.
• Pinch of asafoetida.
• 1 tbsp of Turmeric Powder.
• 1 tbsp of Red Chilli Powder.
• 1 tbsp of Garam Masala.
• 2 tbsp of Oil.
• Salt to Taste.
Process📃
Take a pan, heat the oil, add cumin seeds & asafoetida, then add chopped onion, saute it on low flame untill it get translucent, then add chopped tomato.
Now add salt, so thats tomato gets soft and cook well.
now add the indian spices like turmeric powder, Red chilli powder & Garam masala on low Flame.
furthermore add crumbled paneer /cottage cheese and mix gently.
mix gently without mashing out paneer, saute it for another 2 minutes on low flame.
finally, serve hoy paneer bhurji with chapathi or paratha.
