Today I would like to share the recipe of Patta Gobhi ki Sabji or Cabbage Curry it is famous winter seasonal veggies - shredded Cabbage, potato & carrot is cooked with Indian Spices. It is paired with Roti or Chatpati or As side dish to your meal, it can be prepared within minutes, yet it tastes amazing. Ingredients📃


• 500 Grams of Shredded Cabbage.
• 1 Diced Potato.
• 1 Chopped Carrot.
• 2 Chopped Green Chilli.
• 3-4 tbsp of oil.
• 1 tbsp of cumin seeds.
• Pinch of asafoetida.
• ½ tbsp of turmeric Powder.
• ½ tbsp of Red Chilli Powder.
• ¼ tbsp of Garam Masala.
• 1 tbsp of Dried Mango Powder.
• Salt to taste.

Wash the cabbage, Carrot and potato, then cut as shown in the picture.

Heat the oil in the kadai, add cumin seeds & asafoetida, lower the flame, add Turmeric, coriander and Red chilli powder, saute it untill it get aromatic. Be careful there are high chances of burning spices.

Now add the chopped cabbage, Carrot & potato. Mix it well, so that spices get well coated with veggies.

Cover the kadai, on lower flame cook till the cabbage, carrot and potatoes are cooked completely.

Add the garam masala & Dried Mango Powder, at high flame Roast cabbage so excess water is absorb, so that it will get more tastier.

Saute it for 2-3 Minutes.

serve cabbage sabzi with hot chapathi or Partha or can be served as a side dish to your meal.
