Today i would like to share the recipe of Poha(Flattered Rice) It is one of the most easy and simple yet morning breakfast recipes even you can enjoy in the evening snacks too. 'm sharing the simple recipe but you can add more veggies like onion l, carrot, capsicum, beans depending on the availability and your choice. It is healthy & Tasty breakfast recipes, it is prepared in my house atleast twice a week.

Ingredients 📃
• 1 cup of Poha.
• 1 chopped Tomato.
• 2 tbsp of oil.
• Pinch of cumin Seeds.
• Pinch of Asafoetida.
• 1/2 turmeric Powder.
• 1/2 tbsp of red Chilli Powder.
• 1/2 Sugar(optional).
• Salt to Taste.
• Ratlami Sev.
Process📃
Wash the poha gently, so that it get soft. Keep it aside.
Heat the oil in a kadhai, add Cumin seeds & asafoetida, Saute it untill it start Crackling.
Now add the chopped tomatoes, add the turmeric, red chilli powder at low flame, cook it untill tomatoes get soft.
Now add the Wet poha, and sugar.
mix it with soft hands, so thats poha Didn't get breaks. Mix it Well.
Garnish it with Green Coriander leaves.
Serve the hot and healthy Poha, for make it more tempting and Delicious, sprinkle some Crispy Ratlami Sev from the Top.
